Privacy

Village for Kids is an independently operated activity-discovery project. We collect only what is needed to operate and improve the service.

Activity information

Activity listings come from recreation-provider catalogs. They describe programs, schedules, locations, prices, availability, and registration links. We do not collect participant, enrollment, cart, or account information from those providers.

Feedback you send

If you use the feedback form, we store the feedback type, your message, the page you were viewing, the submission time, and an email address only if you provide one. Feedback is not publicly readable. Please do not send children’s names, health information, or other sensitive personal information.

Phone-number preview

The registration-alert form is currently a product preview. Phone numbers entered there are not transmitted or stored, and no text-message alert is created.

Technical information

Our hosting and infrastructure provider, Vercel, may process standard request information such as IP address, browser type, requested page, approximate region, referrer, device type, and timestamps to deliver, protect, measure, and improve the service. We use Vercel Web Analytics for anonymous, aggregated traffic statistics and Vercel Speed Insights to measure real-world site performance. These tools do not use advertising cookies, build cross-site advertising profiles, or provide us with information intended to identify individual visitors.

Retention and sharing

Feedback is kept only as long as reasonably necessary to review it, respond when requested, improve the service, and address misuse. We do not sell personal information. Service providers may process information on our behalf, and information may be disclosed when legally required or necessary to protect the service.

Your choices

You may omit your email address. To ask about, correct, or delete feedback you submitted, use the contact form and include enough context for us to identify it.
